1) CLOSURE: Complete account closure to include all services and products: Due to security concerns (such as fraudulent cancellations), all account cancellations must be done online by opening a support ticket - http://wi-billing.secure-wi.com/clientarea.php. Please submit this ticket to the "Billing Department". You need to do this before the account is renewed. Once an invoice is generated, the account is renewed and that invoice will need to be paid first.
2) CANCELLATION: Closure/Cancellation of a service or product within your account - but you wish to keep remaining services or products: This is also done online from here - http://wi-billing.secure-wi.com/clientarea.php. Once in you can select "My Hosting Packages" or "My Products & Services". Find the service/product to cancel and hit "View Details". Then at the bottom you will see a "Request Cancellation" option.
NOTE: All services and products are cancelled right when you submit the request. This is the same for the closure of the entire account. We do not schedule closures or cancellations. So make sure you are positive about the action because once done it can not be reversed.
